0About this tool
How to use it
- 1 Drop in the photos you want to shrink — several at once is fine.
- 2 Size starts at Small. Each option shows the size you will get, and Edit lets you lay the result over the original to check the quality.
- 3 Download the results — several at once come down as one ZIP with Download all as ZIP.
Good to know
- It cannot beat the original's quality — enlarging softens the picture
- Many very large photos at once can overwhelm the browser
Frequently asked questions
Does the format stay the same?
By default each image is saved in its original format. Choose WebP as the format to get an even smaller file at the same quality.
It came out larger. Why?
A photo that is already heavily compressed can grow when it is saved again. When that happens the result is marked as larger — choose Small, or lower the quality under More options.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. Compression finishes inside this browser.
