Pomodoro timer
Alternates focus and breaks, and keeps your log on this device onlyToday's blocks
No finished focus blocks yet. Skipped blocks don't count as finished.
About this tool
Alternates 25 minutes of focus with 5 minutes of rest, automatically. How many rounds you finished today is kept on this device, so at the end of the day you can see how much work actually happened.
How to use it
- 1 Press start; 25 minutes begin.
- 2 When it ends it moves to a break on its own. The lengths are adjustable.
- 3 See how many rounds you have completed today at the bottom of the screen.
Good to know
- History stays in this browser and does not sync to other devices
- Closing the tab stops the timer
Frequently asked questions
Does it keep counting while I am on another tab?
Yes. It counts against the clock, so a backgrounded tab does not drift. Closing the tab entirely does stop it, though.
Can I change the 25 and 5 minutes?
You can. 25/5 is just the common default; matching your own rhythm tends to last longer.
Does it make a sound when a round ends?
Turn notifications on and it tells you when a round is up. In a quiet room you can leave them off — the screen still changes.
