Contract drafter

Draft development, maintenance, hosting and consulting contracts

This is not legal advice. The templates are general forms based on Korean law, the generated document says it is a draft, and it should be reviewed by a professional before signing.

Contract type

Changing the type or language refills the clauses with its defaults. The English and Japanese forms are written separately for each language, not translated from the Korean one.

About this tool

Draft a development, maintenance, hosting or consulting contract. Pick and edit the clauses, then print it or download it as PDF or DOCX. Each clause comes with a note on when you need it.

How to use it

  1. 1 Choose the kind of contract.
  2. 2 Fill in the parties, the term and the money, and switch clauses on or off to suit.
  3. 3 Print it, or download PDF or DOCX and send it over.

Good to know

  • What comes out is a draft, and the document says so
  • Not legal advice — have a lawyer read anything with real money at stake
  • No HWP(X) export

Frequently asked questions

Can I use this contract as-is?

Use it as a draft and have it reviewed. The document carries a draft notice that cannot be switched off — it is going to someone else, and they need to see that nothing here is settled yet.

The other side is asking for an HWP file.

For now the output is PDF, DOCX or print. DOCX can be opened in Hangul and saved again, which is the closest route today.

Is what I type stored on a server?

No. Building the document finishes inside the browser, so an amount or a party name that has not been agreed yet never leaves it.
