Frequently asked questions
Can it open old .doc files?
No. Save the file as .docx in Word, or ask the sender for a .docx.
What about password-protected documents?
They won't open. If it says the document failed to open, try a copy with the password removed.
Are images shown?
Text and tables are shown. Images and shapes are not.
