Dead Pixel Test
Fill the screen with solid colors and step through them to find bad pixels. Black shows stuck-on pixels and backlight bleed, white shows dead ones, and red, green and blue reveal pixels missing a single channel.
Screen
Fills the screen with one flat color so dead pixels, blotches and bleed become visible.

Frequently asked questions
What does a dead pixel look like?
A bright dot on black, a dark dot on white, or a dot stuck on another color. If it might be dust, wipe the screen and look again.
How do I get out of the full-screen color on a phone?
Tap the close (✕) button at the top right. It also ends after the last color, or when you leave full screen with the back gesture.
What brightness should I use?
Turn brightness all the way up; in a dark room, bleed and blotches stand out more.
